Can I still learn Double Blizzard Spike on a new Selyne?
No. Selyne breeds only from Selyne parents in v1.0.3 in Palworld v1.0.3. Only a Selyne that already carries Double Blizzard Spike from an earlier version satisfies this build.
Can Selyne Learn Double Blizzard Spike in Palworld 1.0?
Checked against Palworld v1.0.3 · verified 2026-08-23 · Data status · Sources · Methodology
Legacy Pal required
Not from scratch. In Palworld v1.0.3, Selyne cannot newly learn Double Blizzard Spike under verified methods (Selyne breeds only from Selyne parents in v1.0.3), but it could in v0.7.0. A legitimate pre-v1.0.3 Selyne that already carries it can pass it on, so this build requires a legacy Pal. The facts behind this answer are graded B and come from 2 registered sources.
